Lily bikes in style.

Last weekend was not the last hoorah of summer.  With 90 degree temps we had pool parties during Labor Day weekend.  Here are Lily and Annika enjoying the water.

We did the Live Uncommon 5K and Lily placed 4th overall with Nathan one second behind her for 5th overall!  They both received medals for placing 1st in their age group!

Today is Lola’s 7th birthday!  She got to ride in the car with the windows down, go on two walks, and receive many edible gifts.   And later that night we went on a Double Date with Jenn and Sean!  

After a great week at school, I offered Lily 1 of 3 choices to celebrate:  pedicures, clothes shopping, or crepes at Village Inm.  You can see what she picked.

Lily’s first work of art from school.  On the way to school today I asked her what her top three classes are.  She thought a while and said, “Art, art, and art.” I think she made the right choice to switch schools.
