Mom and Dad, this is a “selfie” meaning I took it of myself. Yes I resorted to a selfie for my picture of the day. This is me running in the morning the day after returning from my trip to Fayetteville. Last year for Huck’s birthday trip to NYC, I ran every day on my trip and Troy ran or biked with me. This was like a bootcamp for Troy which ended with me and JJ getting him a Fitbit….
